Bu metin, Zegroni'nin geliştirdiği Dokuz Mühür tarayıcı, Android ve iOS oyununun (dokuzmuhur.zegroni.com) hangi verileri neden topladığını anlatır.

Topladığımız veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresin, seçtiğin oyuncu adı ve ülken (halkın ve ordu geleneğin ülkenden türetilir). Ülkeyi sen seçersin; konumun okunmaz, tarayıcının dil ayarı yalnız seçimi önermek için cihazında kullanılır. Parolan yalnız geri çevrilemez özet olarak saklanır; ham hâlini göremeyiz. Parolanı unutursan e-posta adresine bir parola belirleme bağlantısı göndeririz; bu bağlantının da yalnız geri çevrilemez özeti bir saat boyunca saklanır, kullanılınca ya da süresi dolunca geçersiz olur. Adresini yalnız bu ve hesabınla ilgili zorunlu bildirimler için kullanırız, reklam için kullanmayız.
Oyun verisi: köylerin, binaların, ordun, seferlerin, raporların, klan üyeliğin, başarımların, elmas hareketlerin ve ayarların.
Yazışmalar: başka oyunculara gönderdiğin mesajlar, klan ve dünya sohbetine yazdıkların.
Denetim: yaptığın ya da hakkında yapılan şikâyetler (şikâyet anındaki metnin bir kopyası dahil) ve engellediğin oyuncuların listesi.
Satın almalar: Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden alım yaparsan sipariş/işlem numarası, satın alma jetonu, ürün ve durum. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerin Google'da ya da Apple'da kalır; bize ulaşmaz.
Teknik kayıtlar: güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sunucu kayıtlarında IP adresi, zaman ve tarayıcı bilgisi.
Ziyaret istatistiği: hangi ekranın ya da sayfanın açıldığı, zaman, tarayıcı/uygulama türü, başka bir siteden geldiysen o sitenin adı ve sekme kapanınca biten rastgele bir oturum kodu. IP adresin bu kayıtta tutulmaz; yalnız geri çevrilemez, tuzlanmış bir özeti saklanır ve "kaç farklı ziyaretçi" sayılsın diye kullanılır. Kayıtlar yalnız kendi sunucumuzda durur, hiçbir üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez ve kısa bir saklama süresi (varsayılan 60 gün) sonunda silinir.
Cihazında: oturum anahtarın, dil, tema ve görünüm tercihlerin ile kapattığın duyuruların numaraları tarayıcının yerel deposunda tutulur. İzin verirsen saldırı uyarısı için tarayıcı bildirimi kullanılır.

Oyunu çalıştırmak, hesabını korumak ve oturumunu açık tutmak.
Satın aldığın elmas ve premiumu hesabına işlemek.
Hile, hesap ele geçirme ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek; kurallara uymayan hesapları askıya almak.
Şikâyetleri incelemek ve topluluk kurallarını uygulamak.
Sorularına ve destek isteklerine yanıt vermek.

Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verilerini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız. Oyunda reklam, reklam takibi ve üçüncü taraf analiz aracı yoktur; ziyaret istatistiği yalnız kendi sunucumuzda tutulur ve yazı tipleri dahil her şey kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir.
Google Play ve Apple: uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play Faturalandırma ya da Apple App Store üzerinden yürür.
Oyuncu adın, ülken, köylerin, klanın ve sıralaman oyunun doğası gereği öteki oyunculara görünür.
Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili makamlarla.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Veriler hesabın açık kaldıkça tutulur. Hesabını silmek istersen hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlar geçerlidir: talepten 14 gün sonra hesabın ve oyun verilerin silinir. Silinen veriler yedeklerde sınırlı bir süre daha kalabilir ve yedekler yenilendikçe kaybolur.

Hakların

Verilerine erişmeyi, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteyebilir, işlenmesine itiraz edebilirsin (KVKK m.11, GDPR). Bunun için bize yazman yeterli.

Çocuklar

Dokuz Mühür 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Dokuz Mühür, a browser, Android and iOS game developed by Zegroni (dokuzmuhur.zegroni.com), collects and why.

Data we collect

Account: your e-mail address, the player name and country you choose (your people and army tradition follow from your country). You pick the country yourself; your location is never read, and your browser's language setting is used on your device only to suggest a choice. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot see it. If you forget it, we e-mail a link to your address to set a new one; only a one-way hash of that link is kept, for one hour, and it stops working once used or expired. We use your address only for this and for essential account notices, never for advertising.
Game data: your villages, buildings, army, marches, reports, clan membership, achievements, diamond transactions and settings.
Messages: messages you send to other players and what you write in clan and world chat.
Moderation: reports you file or that are filed about you (including a copy of the reported text) and the list of players you block.
Purchases: if you buy through Google Play or the App Store, the order or transaction ID, purchase token, product and status. Card and payment details stay with Google or Apple and never reach us.
Technical logs: IP address, time and browser information in server logs, for security and abuse prevention.
Visit statistics: which screen or page was opened, the time, the browser/app type, the name of the referring site if you came from another site, and a random session code that ends when the tab closes. Your IP address is not kept in this record; only a one-way, salted digest is stored and used to count "how many distinct visitors". These records stay on our own server, are sent to no third party, and are deleted after a short retention period (60 days by default).
On your device: your session key, language, theme and display preferences and the IDs of announcements you dismissed are kept in the browser's local storage. If you allow it, browser notifications are used for attack alerts.

Why we use it

To run the game, protect your account and keep you signed in.
To credit diamonds and premium you purchase to your account.
To prevent cheating, account takeover and abuse, and to suspend accounts that break the rules.
To review reports and enforce the community rules.
To answer your questions and support requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The game has no ads, no ad tracking and no third-party analytics; visit statistics are kept on our own server only, and everything, fonts included, is served from our own server.
Google Play and Apple: in-app purchases go through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store.
Your player name, country, villages, clan and ranking are visible to other players by the nature of the game.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account, follow the steps on the account deletion page: your account and game data are deleted 14 days after the request. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time and disappears as backups are rotated.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing (GDPR, Turkish KVKK art. 11). Just write to us.

Children

Dokuz Mühür is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
